Apartamento amplio, con una decoración cuidada y muy bien acondicionado. No le falta nada. Dormitorios y baños muy cómodos. Las fotos son fiel reflejo del apartamento. Se descansa de maravilla, sin ruidos, al estar situado en una urbanización cerrada. Eso sí, es muy recomendable disponer de vehículo.

Très bel appartement Séjour très agréable dans cette résidence privée L’accueil de la propriétaire est à la hauteur de la prestation Les clés doivent être récupérées à l’entrée de la résidence et l’appartement est assez loin de l’entrée principale ; il vous faudra contourner l’hôtel Hilton avant de rejoindre le lieu de villégiature sur la gauche ; il y a des travaux en cours ; cela n’a pas été facile pour nous avec GPS … sortie de l’autoroute numéro 217 – réserva del Higueron – carrefour market et station essence à la sortie de la résidence L’appartement et la grande terrasse ainsi que la piscine privée sont à l’image des photos – excellent séjour – voiture de location indispensable

Lorena is a great host, very responsive and her communications are timely and clear. She was flexible with an earlier check-in on our arrival, which we appreciated. Lorena’s flat is very nice, super clean, comfortable and very fully equipped. Everything is modern and in top condition. The flat has a wonderful large, quiet and shady terrace with sea view. There is pool in the garden, lovely for swimming and for kids to play. The location is excellent, very close to the beaches, but also within easy reach of shops, restaurants and services. There is a train station nearby, the Reserva del Higueron offers a free shuttle bus to the beach. However, a car is needed to get around and Lorena’s flat has very convenient underground parking. I have no hesitation to fully recommend Lorena’s flat.

This apartment is outstanding you cannot fault the quality of the fixtures and fittings everything feels Very well Put together. The communication with Diana Lorena is 1st class. The terrace is wonderful with sun loungers and the communal pool is excellent. We were usually the only people there which was lovely. It’s not heated but believe me it doesn’t need to be in the Malaga sun. The air con is great worked really well. the washing and drying facility excellent I’ve Got no washing now ☺️ my only negative is the location being extremely hilly and the ongoing building works going on around the resort. I can see that once finished this will be a very exclusive area. Saying that it wasn’t very noisy just a bit of an eye sore of what would have been an outstanding view from the terrace. There is a BOSE Bluetooth speaker which we made good use of. There are electronic shutters on the windows to help with the sun and security. There was an underground parking garage which was great for keeping your car cool enough for 2 cars. There seems To be a real chilled vibe in the complex with a mix of people there was No trouble at all and I saw security guards at night patrolling the resort so felt very safe. Thank you 😊

We had a very nice stay in the confortable apartment. Everything modern and very well maintained with indoor parking and elevator. Great terrasse with seaview where one can enjoy breakfast and sundowners. Friendly welcome and always in time help by the hosts Lorena and Joerg if needed.
