RECOMENDADO 100% Nuestra estadía en casa de Lorena fue perfecta. El apartamento es increíble, tiene una terraza gigante con vista a la piscina y al mar. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo, muy bien equipado y está perfectamente limpio. Las fotos son un fiel retrato de lo que vas a encontrar al llegar. Las camas son muy cómodas, el parking es perfecto para parquear carros de tamaño grande, y la ubicación muy central y tranquila. Tanto el check in como el check out son muy fáciles y la comunicación con Lorena es rápida y eficaz. Lorena es una persona muy amable y con mucha hospitalidad, siempre estuvo pendiente de solucionarnos cualquier duda y nos dio muchos consejos valiosos para nuestro viaje. Sin duda lo recomiendo, y me quedaría nuevamente!!! 

We had a very nice stay in the confortable apartment. Everything modern and very well maintained with indoor parking and elevator. Great terrasse with seaview where one can enjoy breakfast and sundowners. Friendly welcome and always in time help by the hosts Lorena and Joerg if needed.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, super Terrasse und gut ausgestattet, perfekter Grill auf Terasse – noble Wohnanlage insgesamt. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich, antwortet sehr schnell. Auto erforderlich um an den Strand zu gelangen ( mit Auto nur ein paar Minuten) – Wohnanlage in Hang über dem Meer hineingebaut – Strassen steil, aber mit Auto kein Problem, auch zum großen Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Wohnanlage haben wir lieber das Auto genommen. Am Strand gute Restaurants und Bars.

Wat er op de foto’s is te zien is ook exact wat je krijgt. Een mooie grote ruime woonkamer, modern ingericht. Een grote keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt (incl grote oven) en grote koelkast. Daarnaast nog een wasmachine en droger bij het appartement. Het terras is geweldig met een mooi uitzicht en een grote Weber gas barbeque (die we veel gebruikt hebben). De bad- en slaapkamers waren netjes en ruim. De omgeving is werkelijk prachtig, wordt nog wel gebouwd maar als dat straks klaar is, is dit een unieke locatie. Dagelijks gaat er een treintje naar het strand en terug (allemaal via het double tree Hilton resort). Dit is zeker de moeite waard en we zullen zeker hier nog eens terug komen

Très bel appartement Séjour très agréable dans cette résidence privée L’accueil de la propriétaire est à la hauteur de la prestation Les clés doivent être récupérées à l’entrée de la résidence et l’appartement est assez loin de l’entrée principale ; il vous faudra contourner l’hôtel Hilton avant de rejoindre le lieu de villégiature sur la gauche ; il y a des travaux en cours ; cela n’a pas été facile pour nous avec GPS … sortie de l’autoroute numéro 217 – réserva del Higueron – carrefour market et station essence à la sortie de la résidence L’appartement et la grande terrasse ainsi que la piscine privée sont à l’image des photos – excellent séjour – voiture de location indispensable

Gents The apartment is nice and the location as well But be careful, before check in you must make sure everything is working fine and nothing damaged Actually what happened with me unprofessional at all they submitted the key and they did not check list once I asked them to come to pick up the key and check they asked me to leave it , then the second days I surprised by multi picture that showed some drawers are damaged in spite of I did not used them or even open them. Finally, I had bad experience
